Just a friendly reminder after a nice Christmas time; eating healthy is and can be fun! ☺️

🍳BREAKFAST: Sunny side up eggs, breakfast patties, avocado, pan fried tomatoes and pinto beans (Breakfast patty recipe will be on my breakfast meal prep ebook with calories and macros).
🥞SNACK: Chocolate banana pancakes with fresh berries (recipe will be in the breakfast meal prep ebook with calories and macros).
🍝LUNCH: Red lentil -spaghetti noodles with ground beef, grilled bell peppers and tomato sauce (Recipe is in my ebook - Link in Bio⬆️).
🍔DINNER: Homemade aussie style burger; whole wheat bun, BBQ sauce, mashed avocado, grass fed beef patty, grilled pineapple ring and red cabbage soaked in vinegar.
