Cook an onion with some olive oil, then add black beans and cumin with salt and pepper pepper pepper

Cook some green onions in olive oil then eventually add some eggs. If you don't like green onion, don't put them in.

Warm up your tortilla in a pan or in a volcano (gloves)

Lay your tortilla down to rest

Spread some sauces or wait and do that later because it makes a big mess

Throw in the egg

Grate some cheese on that egg

Put the beans on that cheese

Add the tomato and avocado

Add in more sauce until you feel regret

Have a knife, fork, napkin, and hazmat suit ready.

Exotic Foods That Can Actually Kill You

Food Hacks You Can Do At Home Celebrities You Didn't Know Were Gay most of us, we are happy with a plate of spaghetti and meatballs, hamburger and fries or a sandwich when it comes to meal time. Of course, not everyone eats as we do. Around the world, different regions and cultures eat a variety of foods which we have never seen or even heard of. Fruits, meats and spices come in different forms and have varying importance depending on where you live. Often, cultural practices and regional restrictions dictate what many people in different regions eat. For instance, maritime countries often have a bounty of seafood with fewer dishes related to beef or pork. Other nations may have diets high in chicken or lamb while some may rely heavily on vegetable and fruit based diets.

All of this variety results in a world where the definition of what constitutes food is very broad. For instance, the fried tarantula treat of south-east Asia doesn’t seem out of place to the indigenous population. However, bring some fried eight-legged treats to North America and we’re betting more than a few people would be grossed out. There is such a broad variety of things that people are willing to eat that naturally some dangerous items work their way into the diet. In North America and Europe we think of things like fast and processed food as being dangerous because in the long run the preservatives, sugars, salts and fats can have harmful effects on our bodies. Heart disease, obesity, stroke and cancers are just a few of the dangers associated with our diet. What about the rest of the world.

Indeed, throughout the rest of the world there are foods that can be as dangerous, if not more dangerous, than the terrible things we put in our bodies. Just because these regions don’t have as close ties with processed and fatty foods as we do doesn’t mean there aren’t a few killer foods hanging around. In fact, rather than kill you slowly over time, these exotic foods can often strike quickly. The irony with many of these foods is that they trade the long term negative health effects found in North American food for a rapid and often poison related death. In many of the following examples, the exotic foods are extremely popular and consumed in great quantity every year. The catch is that they need to be prepared very carefully and in very specific ways in order to ensure there is no danger.

Poisonous fish, deadly fruits and potentially harmful meats are the types of exotic foods most of us would stay away from because they seem gross and liable to kill you. The funny thing is that to anyone from outside of the Western World, the same thing could be said about much of the modern diet we consume on a regular basis. It’s just a matter of picking your poison.

The Most Expensive Foods In the World

The foods on this list take the saying, “putting your money where your mouth is” to a whole new level. One of most basic human instincts is to eat food. Depending on our food budget, we will either go crazy at the supermarket or replenish our food supply with rich and nutritious foods, or we will stock up on the ramen noodles and peanut butter if we’re on a tight budget. However, the life of the rich includes eating some of the finest foods in the world, and you can bet that they don’t come at a cheap price. In this video are some of the most expensive foods in the world, and you will find that the common denominator with all of these foods is that they are adorned with gold in some way. Edible gold has changed the food industry considerably, and has become an accessory to the dinner table.

The first food that will break your bank is Berco’s Million Dollar Popcorn. The treat is covered in butter from a Vermont creamery, Nielson Massey Bourbon Vanilla, Laseo salt from Denmark, and 23 karat gold flakes. If you don’t want to eat your money, the popcorn is certainly pretty to look upon. The price of this popcorn is $250 per gallon.

If you need something a little heartier, then check out Wagyu Beef. The beef is made from Japanese cattle who are massaged and fed sake and beer. The result is a beautiful marbling on the meat, and a high content of unsaturated fat. You can bet that a meal with this meat comes at a hefty price tag since it costs about $250 per pound.

Then we have the Golden Phoenix, which is a cupcake baked with Amedei Porcelana chocolate and vanilla beans from Uganda. The cupcake is then covered with a dusting of gold. The price ends up costing around $2,000 per cupcake.

But if you’re desiring something that is a bit more savory, then the Westin Bagel should definitely be on your list. The bagel is topped with white truffle cream cheese and a goji berry infused Riesling jelly and covered with edible gold flakes. Enjoying a bagel like this will hit your wallet at around $1,000 per bagel.

Finally, there is a wonderfully expensive sundae called The Golden Opulence, which is a $1,000 sundae made with Tahitian vanilla ice cream, covered in expensive chocolate, adorned with edible gold leaf, and served with a side of caviar. It is the ultimate splurge for any rich person as they enjoy the dessert under candlelight provided by Parisian candles.

Many people have a hard time seeing why someone should spend this much money on something that you’re just going to eat and digest. Enjoying any of the dishes on this list is purely an act of luxury and a demonstration of one’s wealth. There are more expensive foods where this list ends, so check out the video to see just how much people are willing to shell out for their food.

Butternut Squash Guide - You Suck at Cooking (episode 49)

Subscribe: Cream: @yousuckatcookin Soup: carving it out like I did is really hard and dumb. So either bake it first and scoop it out, or cube it.

Throw squash, garlic, salt, pepper, broth, curry into a blender and blend. Then cook it. Don't taste it until it's cooked! Then taste it and modify.

Baked squash 1: cube squash, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper pepper pepper, and sage leaves. Bake for around an hour.

Baked squash 2: halve squash, spread butter over it, put on some salt, and sprinkle some brown sugar or maple syrup. Bake this for over an hour probably, depending on the size of the squash. But actually just make the other one, or cube it because it comes out better that way.

Baked squash 3: throw squash into a volcano, whole. Retrieve squash 0.3 seconds later. Enjoy.

Boring Beans No More!!! [3 DELICIOUS RECIPES]

[ OPEN FOR RECIPES] You guys asked for it - here are 3 simple but delicious bean recipes for you to try! I make a giant batch of beans every week but change up the seasonings every time, so feel free to mix and match these ingredients and experiment a bit yourself :) Making dried beans is awesome because you don't have all of the extra sodium and preservatives, and it's usually around 3x cheaper too!

My Instant Pot =

* FAQ - You can NOT use a rice cooker or slow cooker for these listed times. You also must use dried beans, they can't be canned

2 cups soaked pinto beans

2 stalks of celery, diced

1 red onion, diced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp chipotle powder

(1) Soak your beans overnight - rinse/clean the dry beans, then place them in a large bowl with 4-6 cups of filtered water and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional). Cover and leave in a cool place, then drain before you use them

(2) In your Instant Pot, combine the soaked beans with the remaining ingredients

(3) Seal the iPot and set a timer in the “Manual” setting at “High Pressure” for 20 minutes

(4) Let the iPot release pressure for 10 minutes before manually flipping the switch from “Sealing” to “Venting”

(5) Store in a container in your fridge for up to 10 days

2 cups soaked black beans

1 red onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Cumin

½ cup chopped cilantro/coriander stems*

1 small jalapeño**

Juice + zest of one lime

* FUN FACT: Cilantro stems still have the same amount of flavor as the leaf portion, so because the pressure cooker will be cooking them down to be really soft, you can use them instead and save the leaves for other recipes!

** If you do not add the seeds from the jalapeño, the beans will not be as spicy

(3) Seal the iPot and set a timer in the “Manual” setting at “High Pressure” for 15 minutes

(4) Let the iPot release pressure for 10 minutes before manually flipping the switch from “Sealing” to “Venting”

(5) Store in a container in your fridge for up to 10 days

2 cups soaked red kidney beans

1 cup thinly sliced carrots

1 onion

½ cup nutritional yeast

1 ½ tbsp Chili powder

(1) Soak your beans overnight - rinse/clean the dry beans, then place them in a large bowl with 4-6 cups of filtered water and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional). Cover and leave in a cool place, then drain before you use them

(2) In your Instant Pot, combine the soaked beans with the remaining ingredients, except for the nutritional yeast

(3) Seal the iPot and set a timer in the “Manual” setting at “High Pressure” for 15 minutes

(4) Let the iPot release pressure for 10 minutes before manually flipping the switch from “Sealing” to “Venting”

(5) Stir in the nutritional yeast. I decided to add this after the beans have cooked because I find it sometimes loses flavor with heat, and it will also help to make the beans thicker!

(6) Store in a container in your fridge for up to 10 days

10 Creative Recipes Using Just An Egg

In this video we wanted to see how far we could push the limits using just an egg. We came up with ten wild recipes, new ways to cook your old favorites, and thing's that you have certainly never seen before. Time to get weird in the kitchen with the brothers green .

10 Creative Egg Recipes

Egg White Omelette with Plus Yolk Treat

- Separate egg yolks. In an oiled pan fry egg whites, once set add yolks on top, fold and enjoy!

Egg Noodles

-Scramble eggs. In an oiled pan over medium-low heat coat bottom with scrambled eggs. Cover to steam. Once set, roll up egg and cut into noodles. Toss in some tomato sauce for a glorious shakshuka style breakfast pasta!

Jamie Oliver Inspired Egg Omelette

- Whisk eggs until fluffy, frothy, and light. Heat oil on a nonstick pan and pour eggs. Once the bottom sets fold over. The top may look uncooked but since it's so airy and light it will cook fast. Garnish with some green onions.

Deep Fried Poached Eggs

- In a deep pot heat oil. Once it's hot crack an egg into the oil, be careful it will splash! Cook for about 30 seconds. Remove and enjoy!

Egg on Egg Sandwich

- Separate the yolk from 2 eggs. Beat egg whites with a whisk until still peaks form. On a parchment lined cookie sheet scoop egg whites into a bun shape. Bake at 350 until golden. In a pan fry an egg and add remaining 2 yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Put fried egg between baked egg white buns. Enjoy!

Steamed Eggs

(Ok..ok so messed it up in the video but this recipe works and it's silky and glorious!!)

- In a bowl beat 3 eggs. Add 1 cup of water, and 2 teaspoons of salt, and beat again. Pour into a ramekin, or heat safe bowl. In a pot enough water to come up halfway on ramekin. Bring to a boil. Once boiled lower heat, and add ramekins. Cover and let steam for 8-12 minutes. Remove, it will be hot! Garnish with green onion. For even more flavor you could use vegetable or chicken broth in place of water and add a splash of sesame oil! Mmm...

Marbled Egg

- In a hot pan with oil crack egg and break yolk. Swirl to create a marbled look. Let it still, bottom will crisp up. Once top sets it's done. Add some Sriracha for a yummy kick!

- Beat 6 eggs. Butter a hot pan, pour some egg mixture, let it set, and fold in half. On empty side of pan butter again, pour more egg, let it set, and fold onto other side. Repeat until egg mix is gone. Buttery layers of egg!

Double Broiler Scrambled Eggs

- Heat water in a pan. Place a bowl on top with a pat of butter. Scramble 2 eggs. Once butter is melted add eggs and slowly mix and fold. After about 10 minutes you will have the most tender, delicate eggerts! Enjoy!

Caramel Apples - You Suck at Cooking (episode 50)

Subscribe out of boredom: more out of apathy: nonsense found here:

Snapchat: @yousuckatcookin some apples that have a sour taste.

Pick some caramels (aka squaramels) that have a sweet taste.

Put sticks into the apples.

Put caramels into a bowl with a couple teaspoons of milk or cream or water (I put in around 43 caramels).

Put apples in the fridge overnight or the freezer for a little while beforehand.

Put bowl into microwave and melt them (2 minutes on half power...stir every now and then).

Roll the apples and put them back in the fridge or freezer so the caramel doesn't drop down. For a few minutes.

Melt chocolate in the microwave and splatter that all over the damn place (and partly on the apple).

Enjoy and share with friends, or hoard by yourself in your Blanket Fort of Justice.
