Mouth-Watering Chicken Curry Recipe That's Easy to Make

My personal favourite dish is chicken curry. I like to make it with a variety of spices, including cumin, coriander, and turmeric.

I also add a little bit of coconut milk to give it a creamy texture. The chicken simmers in the curry sauce until it is cooked through.

Then I serve it over steamed rice with a side of naan bread. It's the perfect meal for any occasion!

Ingredients:

-1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

-2 tablespoons olive oil

-1 large onion, chopped

-3 cloves garlic, minced

-1 teaspoon ground cumin

-1 teaspoon ground coriander

-1 teaspoon ground cardamom

-2 cups chicken broth

-1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

-1 tablespoon tomato paste

-1 tablespoon honey

-1 teaspoon garam masala

-Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Stir in the cumin, coriander, cardamom, chicken broth, diced tomatoes with their juice, tomato paste, honey, and garam masala. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low.

Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and tender, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
